A note about my product recommendations and research.

Over the years of seeking my own healing, I have gone to great lengths to verify the claims of the companies that I do business with for myself. In most cases, I have actually traveled to the company's manufacturing plant, toured the plant, watched how the products are prepared and packaged, and talked to their scientists. I take pride in this because I know from experience that there are a LOT of claims by well known companies and their products turn out to be inferior or do not work at all. This is what marketing is all about. Getting you to buy from them at any cost!

I encourage you, the consumer, to do your own research. Meanwhile, the products I recommend may seem to be pricey to some, but you get what you pay for! Invest your money, as well as your health and wellness in products that work.
